This is the last session for 2011. A year filled with great tunes, trams and people backing us in our somewhat ambitious projects (‘not trying’ is a bit boring isn’t it?).
As we wanted to go out with a BANG, we were lucky enough to manage to book Georgia Fair for a ride up Sydney Road on tram 19. The duo has just released their debut album All Through Winter to a sold out Toff in Town, moved to Melbourne, and are gearing up for a coastal regional tour in January. Busy dudes!
Two hours before the session started we realised that the band was going to play at the same venue where some of the Tram Sessions crew were going to a birthday dinner (congrats again Sha!). We love those coincidences! Mostly because it gives us another reason to listen to some great live music…
Anyways, the session was a hit with a tram filling up and people loving the sweet tunes from the band. Happiest was the guy who helped us handing out our flyers (you’ll spot him half way through the clip). Until next year, Happy Commuting!
